Early Tuesday morning John Rule, C-Forward Technician, received a text from the InControlIT software running on the Kingsgate Transportation file server that the server was not responding. Since Kingsgate offices were not open yet, John put on his cape and using his super NERD (Network Emergency Repair Dude) power went into service mode. Long story short, their server issue was resolved before any of the Kingsgate employees even realized there was a problem! Kudos to John for a job well done!
