C-Forward receives Tri-State Success Award!
4/25/12 – C-Forward received the Cincinnati Magazine’s Tri-State Success Award yesterday at the Sharonville Convention Center in Cincinnati. Founded on the premise that the Tristate’s strength as a thriving business center is built on the growth and success of its businesses, the Tristate Success Awards honored the most successful and consistent companies in the Tristate. The keynote speaker for the event was John Barrett, President and CEO of Western & Southern Financial Group. The event Emccee was Curtis Fuller, WLWT-TV News 5. “We are honored to be named a 2012 success award recipient.”, said Brent Cooper, President and Owner of C-Forward. “We have created a business that is special and unique and the “Success” we continue to achieve is due to the quality of the employees and customers we have. We are truly blessed and grateful for the recognition.” C-Forward has grown from 3 employees in 1999 to 25 employees today. They saw revenues increase by 16% in 2010 and 32% in 2011. According to Scott Johnson, C-Forward’s Vice President, this growth is due to “a real focus on customer service. We provide a service that is personal, proactive and reliable and people have noticed. ” According to Johnson, C-Forward’s new IT Help Desk solution, security offerings, and state of the art Managed Backup and Disaster Recovery solution are just some of the products that customers are looking for. “We’ve got to make IT easy and we believe these new offerings, combined with our terrific employees, do just that.”
According to Cooper, who is also the current Chair of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, C-Forward’s community involvement is also a contributing factor to their success. “People don’t care what you know, til they know that you care.” said Cooper. “Our dedication to the community and our commitment to helping customers when they need it most is a big reason why people choose to work with us.” C-Forward’s involvement in the community is unmatched by any small business in the Greater Cincinnati area with employee participation in numerous non-profit boards as well as contributions to Education. As an example, C-Forward is a BEST (Business Education Success Team) Partner with James E. Biggs pre-school in Covington, dedicates employee time to mentoring kids, and regularly donates to Gateway Community and Technical College.
